Ways to Work Together
No two people are the same, which is why every session and every workplace partnership begins with listening. Together, we'll explore what you're hoping to achieve and create an experience that feels thoughtful, practical and tailored to your needs.
Whether we're working one to one, with a family, a workplace or a community group, my approach is always grounded in curiosity, evidence informed practice and the belief that meaningful change doesn't have to be overwhelming.
Sometimes it begins with one conversation, one new perspective or one quiet moment to pause.
One to One Wellbeing Sessions
Sometimes we know something doesn't feel quite right, but it's difficult to put into words. You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply.
Private wellbeing sessions provide a calm and supportive space to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface and discover practical ways to move towards greater wellbeing. Every session is shaped around you and your goals, drawing on evidence informed approaches including positive psychology, mindfulness based strengths practice, nervous system education, breathwork and sound based wellbeing where appropriate.
Whether you are navigating stress, change, loss, workplace challenges or simply looking to invest in your wellbeing, our work together is guided by curiosity, compassion and practical action.
Wellbeing Sessions for Children and Adolescents
Childhood and adolescence can be exciting, challenging and, at times, overwhelming. These sessions provide a calm and supportive space where children and young people can better understand their emotions, recognise what is happening in their minds and bodies, and develop practical wellbeing skills they can carry into everyday life.
Drawing on positive psychology, mindfulness based strengths practice, nervous system education, expressive activities and age appropriate wellbeing approaches, each session is thoughtfully adapted to the young person's age, interests and individual needs.
The focus is not on changing who they are, but on helping them build self awareness, confidence and practical strategies that support their wellbeing at home, at school and beyond.
Shared Wellbeing Experiences
Sometimes the most meaningful conversations happen when we slow down together.
Shared wellbeing experiences are designed for couples, friends, families and small groups who want to reconnect, reflect and invest in their wellbeing alongside the people who matter most. Every experience is thoughtfully tailored to your group and may incorporate positive psychology, mindfulness based strengths practice, nervous system education, breathwork and sound based wellbeing.
Whether you are celebrating a milestone, marking a transition or simply creating intentional time together, the focus is on leaving with a greater sense of connection, understanding and wellbeing.
Workplace Wellbeing Programs
Healthy workplaces are built by more than policies and programs. They are created through everyday conversations, supportive leadership and environments where people feel safe, valued and able to thrive.
Drawing on extensive experience in workplace wellbeing, psychological safety, psychosocial safety and complex psychological injury recovery, I partner with organisations to deliver practical, evidence informed wellbeing initiatives that support both people and performance.
Whether you are looking for wellbeing workshops, leadership development, team sessions or longer term wellbeing initiatives, every program is tailored to the unique needs, culture and goals of your organisation.
Speaking, Workshops and Events
The most meaningful learning happens when people leave with a new perspective and practical tools they can use straight away.
I deliver engaging, evidence informed presentations and workshops that translate the science of wellbeing into practical strategies for everyday life and work. Sessions are designed to encourage reflection, spark conversation and provide realistic approaches that people can apply long after the event has finished.
Topics can be tailored to suit your audience and may include positive psychology, psychological safety, psychosocial safety, nervous system education, resilience, strengths based leadership, mindfulness and workplace wellbeing.
Psychological Safety, Psychosocial Safety and Workplace Wellbeing
Creating a healthy workplace is about more than responding when things go wrong. It is about building environments where people feel psychologically safe, leaders have the confidence to navigate complex conversations, and wellbeing becomes part of the way work is done every day.
Drawing on extensive experience leading national workplace wellbeing, psychological safety, psychosocial risk and complex psychological injury management initiatives, I partner with organisations to deliver practical, evidence informed solutions that support both people and organisational performance.
Whether you are looking to strengthen leadership capability, improve team wellbeing, meet your psychosocial obligations or create a more connected workplace culture, every engagement is tailored to the unique needs of your organisation.
Sound Baths and Sound Immersion
In a world that rarely slows down, creating space to simply rest can be one of the most valuable things we do for our wellbeing.
Sound immersion sessions offer an opportunity to step away from the constant demands of everyday life and settle into a calming sensory experience. Using therapeutic instruments, each session is thoughtfully designed to support stillness, mindfulness, deep relaxation and a greater sense of connection with yourself.
While many people experience sound immersion as deeply restorative, there is no expectation to feel or achieve anything in particular. The invitation is simply to slow down, be present and allow yourself the rare opportunity to do nothing for a little while.
Sessions can be experienced individually, with a partner or small group, or as part of workplace wellbeing programs, retreats and special events. Each experience is shaped with care to create a welcoming space for rest, reflection and reconnection.
