The person and purpose behind The Quiet Rewire

Hi, I’m Jade.

I’m a Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Practitioner with professional experience across people and culture, national workers compensation and recovery at work, workplace wellbeing, psychological safety, psychosocial safety and complex psychological injury management.

Through both my work and my own life, I have seen how easily people can continue functioning while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck beneath the surface.

The Quiet Rewire grew from my belief that wellbeing is not about fixing yourself or performing calm. It begins with understanding what is happening within you, reconnecting with your strengths and finding practical ways forward that feel sustainable.

My approach brings together positive psychology, mindfulness based strengths practice, nervous system education, breathwork and sound based wellbeing. I am also continuing my Diploma of Counselling, with advanced study in trauma, expressive therapies, and child and adolescent counselling.

I work with individuals, groups and workplaces, creating thoughtful spaces where people can slow down, make sense of what they are carrying and move towards greater wellbeing with curiosity and compassion

A calm space for thoughtful work.

The Quiet Rewire studio was created as a private and welcoming place to slow down, feel supported and reconnect with yourself. Located in Thornlands, the space offers a quieter setting for individual wellbeing sessions, mindfulness, breathwork, reflective practice and sound based relaxation.

Sessions are thoughtfully tailored, with no expectation to participate in anything that does not feel comfortable or appropriate for you.
